Redwood Collaborative Media Launches Contact Center Association
Redwood Collaborative Media has launched Contact Center Association, which will offer benefits that combine traditional professional association benefits and a new, highly interactive Website.
According to official sources, this association was formed by initiatives taken on by the Redwood management team, which has vast experience in managing successful associations.
The launch of the Contact Center Association also comprises of a Contact Center Conference and Expo 2011scheduled to be held between March 21and 24 in Nashville, Tenn., at the Gaylord Opryland.
Attendees are expected to learn strategies that will enable them to match their competencies with the evolution of the contact center industry, which will have a bearing on their career advancement, said company sources.
The association proposes to launch regional training events in four sites, the first of which will be held in New York City between May 2 and 6. More details on the conference and the training events will also be published in a bi-monthly industry magazine, Inbound, which will get published in both print and digital formats by the new association.
The management team at Redwood Collaborative Media revealed that it leveraged the input of the community through the engagement of a program board selected from the contact center community.
In a release, Peggy Libbey, president and CEO, said, “It is our goal to design and develop Contact Center Association's offerings to not only attract but also engage a comprehensive community focused on the needs of contact center professionals.”
“By encouraging professionals to interact with one another to share their knowledge and experience, this new association will enhance not only the credibility of the professional but also the industry as a whole and will ultimately result in improved customer experiences for the organization,” Libbey added.
