Acqueon Intros New Communications and Notifications Management Application

Acqueon Technologies, a product specialist in Customer Interaction Management (CIM), has announced its new communications and notifications management application called ProActive Reach.


A software application, this new product has been designed for organizations to efficiently communicate with large groups of employees, customers or other groups of corporate stakeholders.

Company officials said that ProActive Reach enables more proactive communications with customers, employees, or constituents for a wide range of purposes. Also, it provides a new level of customer service to an organization's stakeholders via customized messaging, specialized account messaging and disseminating emergency information appropriately.

Compatible with most premise or hosted corporate communication networks, the application provides automated message management, and flexible list management.

Also, ProActive Reach offers the ability to increase contact success through email and SMS, giving organizations the ability to organize communications data instantly and respond strategically.

ProActive Reach is suitable for organizations with or without contact centers. Company officials said that it enhances their ability to increase the effectiveness of their outbound reach or consolidate outbound applications into one multi-purpose platform.

“ProActive Reach is a product that substantially improves the level of customer service an organization provides to its corporate stakeholders and easily integrates into almost any corporate environment,” said Julie D. Burroughs, vice president for sales and business development at Acqueon Technologies.

Earlier last year in November, Acqueon Technologies released an enhanced version of the List and Campaign Manager (LCM) - LCM 1.7. LCM is a powerful list and campaign management solution that is tightly integrated to Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise Dialer.
