Gold Competency for CRM Given to CIBER in the Microsoft Partner Network

- Alert) Partner Network (MPN). The certification further demonstrates the value that the company provides to its customers by showcasing best-in-class solutions that have been subject to rigorous and auditable approval processes.
Towards the later part of 2010, Microsoft changed its North America partner program in order to enable partners to achieve accreditation in specific areas of expertise. The Gold competency for CRM is awarded to those partners that have successfully demonstrated the leadership and success with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and have the references to testify to their capabilities.
In a release, Darlene Perfetto, senior director of U.S. Industry and Strategic Partners at Microsoft Corporation said that, “Our partners represent the premier channel in the industry, with a strong commitment to deliver exceptional value to customers. We are pleased to recognize CIBER for achieving the Gold competency for CRM and demonstrating its expertise in providing customer satisfaction using Microsoft products and technology.”
CIBER has also received the Gold competency for CRM in the U.K. and Sweden. Due to CIBER's extensive experience in supporting Microsoft solutions globally, it has bagged multiple Gold and Silver competencies across Microsoft's application and technology portfolio.
Dale Rinke, senior director of CIBER's Business Consulting Practices said that, “This accreditation proves CIBER's commitment and ability to deliver Microsoft CRM at a superior level. In other news, CIBER, Inc. recently named Eric Goldfarb, a former BearingPoint, Inc. executive vice president and CIO, as EVP and CIO effective March 28, 2011.
