Cincom's Selling Platform is Now Available for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011

Cincom, a Gold Certified Partner of Microsoft (News - Alert) Corporation, announced that its Cincom Acquire, the knowledge-based selling platform is now available for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 and Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online.


Cincom Systems (News - Alert) recently announced the launch of the new Cincom Acquire Portal designed to assist companies that sell complex products and services to sell more, through their dealers and extended channels.

With Cincom Acquire, customers will have the ability to put serious sales knowledge at the fingertips of sales team and dealers. The development allows customers to benefit from powerful guided selling, configuration, pricing, quoting and proposal tools that are integrated with Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 platform.

 Cincom Acquire enables customers to extend Microsoft Dynamics CRM to capture and harness expert knowledge across enterprise, drive guided selling, cross-selling and up-selling, configure quickly, price and quote complex products and services, generate quotes and proposal documents, and collaborate with colleagues and dealers on configurations, quotations and proposals.

“We've been able to leverage the improved integration capabilities of MS CRM2011 to deliver a more seamless and powerful user experience at a lower cost of ownership,” said Jim Wilson, Acquire program manager, in a statement. “With our new release, CRM users will be able to extend almost any part of CRM with expert knowledge to improve sales effectiveness.”

With Cincom Acquire, customers can automate the selling of complex products and services. It enables collaborative selling processes and integrates with existing systems including Cincom CONTROL, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP (News - Alert) and salesforce.com.

Company officials claim that Cincom assists manufacturers to reduce proposal generation time from five days to 15 minutes, decrease time to close a sale by 80 percent and cut lead times from 14 weeks to six weeks.
