OnboarD's IssuTrax Selected by Celebrity Cruises

Celebrity Cruises has signed a fleet-wide contract OnboarD and has selected IssuTrax Facilities Maintenance Management system to provide the highest level of service within the industry when addressing guest related matters.

IssuTrax AVO is a web-based issue tracking tool developed to assist organizations in tracking business and technical issues and manage them through to their final resolution.

Eliminating the manual and paper processes while promoting a greener environment, the IssuTrax facilities Maintenance System provides an intelligent automated workflow solution. IssuTrax is used to manage facility maintenance tasks, guest requests, complaints, incidents, and more. Any PC on the ship or the shoreside office can be used to access the web-based interface and graphical dashboard. To capture guest details, the system interfaces with the major cruise line PMS providers.

Apart from supporting the use of handheld mobile devices, the system also interfaces to SpecTec’s AMOS (News - Alert) system and can be integrated with the ships PBX system for opening and closing issues via IVR. For data analysis and access to specific issues, two-way replication allows all sites to be combined into a single headquarter data warehouse system.

In March 2009, the company announced that it has signed a new fleetwide contract with the Yachts of Seabourn for its IssuTrax AVO and CyberCafe@Sea Internet Cafe Systems. This new contract added to an already existing engagement with The Yachts of Seabourn that includes OnboarD's CurrencyXchange System, the company noted. The adopted non revenue shared business model considerably reduces our costs and increases our revenue stream.
