Kaseya Expands Capabilities and Visibility of its IT Automation Platform
Kaseya (News - Alert), a provider of IT systems management software, unveiled two new modules, Service Billing 1.0 and Service Desk 1.3, that are designed to expand the financial capabilities and organizational visibility of the Kaseya IT automation platform.
The Kaseya platform can be used by clients to take advantage of the changing market dynamics and meet growing demands from small to medium-sized businesses for ongoing, proactive IT services. The IT automation software provides a reliable and robust management platform to seamlessly scale IT services quickly and efficiently, according to company officials. Remotely-installed agents automatically monitor and manage thousands of servers and workstations. The scalability, performance, remote access and automated functionality features of the platform will greatly help in enhancing revenue, reduce operation costs and ensure efficient IT service delivery.
With the Kaseya Service Billing solution, service providers can now automate the entire billing process from one central portal to increase profitability, maximize cash flow and gain a complete view of their business operations. The Service Desk solution from the company can be integrated into the Service Billing and can be used to track billable time against open tickets and work orders.
The newly unveiled Service Billing module lets administrators have full view of managed assets, organizational and customer details to manage business efficiently. The module can leverage asset info from core systems management platform to remove the problems of duplicate entry or missed revenue.
Officials with the company explained that Kasey is delivering the financial capabilities and organizational visibility in a fully integrated platform. By leveraging the automation capabilities within Kaseya, managed service providers can establish consistent and repeatable services across the entire platform through Kaseya Service Billing to ensure service level agreements have been met while growing profitability and cash flow.
Kaseya Service Billing 1.0 module and Kaseya Service Desk 1.3 module are available later this month and both can be deployed through Kaseya cloud services or as an on-premises solution.
