Talk2Rep to Provide Outbound Teleservices to Electronic Company
An International Electronics Manufacturer has contracted Talk2Rep to provide customer services and Tier 1 desk support.
Talk2Rep, which offers fully integrated, high quality contact management services for government agencies and multiple vertical industries is expected to provide outbound teleservices with the help of
expert agents and CRM data management and dialing technologies.
Although company officials maintained that the details of the multi-year contract were confidential, they stressed the fact that the contract had been awarded after a lengthy process of assessment and evaluation.
In a press release, Jim Ryan, Talk2Rep CEO, noted that Talk2Rep Call centers had been selected after a nationwide outsourced vendor search that included inspecting of facilities and interviewing of staff. He said, "Based upon experience, quality and pricing, Talk2Rep was identified as the preferred vendor to provide support for this internationally recognized Fortune 500 brand.”
Ryan went on to add that after nearly two weeks of product and service training, Talk2Rep was excited to interact with its new customers and provide excellence at the point of contact.
In a related news release,Talk2Rep, Inc. a national provider of customer contact management and call center services announced today that it will be providing teleservices for Abbott Laboratories, a Global 100 corporation with 65,000 employees based in 23 countries.
