TalentSoft Acquires 10 new Large Accounts in the Cloud in First Quarter 2011
TalentSoft, a major player in SaaS (News
- Alert)-based Integrated Talent Management, has cemented its strong international growth with the acquisition of 10 new clients in the first quarter of 2011.
Officials with TalentSoft said that after tripling turnover in 2010, the company has doubled its business activity again in 2011 with clients such as Elior, Crédit Mutuel, Ingenico, Limagrain and Bata choosing to deploy its solutions worldwide.
"During the first quarter of 2011, TalentSoft acquired 10 new clients, including Elior, Ingenico, Limagrain, Virbac, Agirc-Arrco, Crédit Foncier, Les Mousquetaires and Banque de Luxembourg,” said Jean-Stéphane Arcis, CEO of TalentSoft, in a statement.
“We are proud to be offering our solution in 40 countries and 17 languages, representing several million HR interviews conducted every year with TalentSoft. Gartner (News
- Alert) has acknowledged the impact of our software suite worldwide, positioning us in its 2011 Magic Quadrant for Employee Performance Management software”, said Jean-Stéphane Arcis.
The international HR division of Bata, a world leader in the shoe market operating in 50 countries, chose TalentSoft to underpin its competencies initiative.
Bata was won over by TalentSoft's ease of use, customisation options and development functions.
"We were looking for a tool offering maximum flexibility, with customisable templates, and available on the Cloud for rapid deployment", said Julien Lebédel, HR operations manager at Bata.
"TalentSoft supported us in our efforts to map our skills framework. Dynamic forms, completely customised and pre-completed according to the employee's job title, are one very definite advantage possessed by this solution - which was designed for our operational teams, and was up and running inside of two months", said Lebédel.
TMCnet in April reported that TalentSoft has been positioned in the 2011 Magic Quadrant for Employee Performance Management software by Gartner.
The recognition follows the deployment of TalentSoft on the Microsoft (News
- Alert) Windows Azure Platform-as-a-Service in international markets.
