Accola Release Latest Version of ContactManager for US Legal Firms
Accola, an IT solutions provider to the legal industry, recently launched the latest version of its flagship CRM product-ContactManager. The new version has been exclusively designed for the US legal professionals, the company said in the release.
The solution is already in use by the international legal firms in Europe. For last five years, thousands of firms have been using this CRM tool to keep in touch with and organize their contacts.
In the press release, Accola explained that ContactManager was conceived in conjunction with lawyers and the marketing departments of legal firms. ContactManager features state-of-the-art integration with ADERANT Expert and other financial practice management and document management systems. The company claimed that the produc also integrates seamlessly with Microsoft (News
- Alert) Office applications, including the common Outlook email client. Thus users find it easy to operate the tool on a daily basis.
In the release, Accola said that the tool offers a unique set of benefits.
First of all, Accola ContactManager comes with a centralized contact database. This helps the firms to avoid the costs relating to erroneous mailings or undelivered communications. Its flexible features help the users enter the details in a way they find convenient. This helps extend the relationship lifecycle and opportunities for business development, claimed Accola. Since, the tool does not depend on additional vendors, it can evolve based on the contribution of the users.
“We understand the importance for all companies, especially law firms, to have up-to-date contact information for their clients and other contacts. Our goal is to make it as easy as possible to have the most recent contact information at your fingertips, and we are excited to be bringing this offering to the U.S,” president of Accola Eric van Alten.
Accola is a recently launched U.S.-based company powered by Timesoft. A couple of month back Timesoft launched Accola.com from 1 April in Atlanta. As a Timesoft branch in the USA, Accola started operations in Atlanta, GA from 1 April.
