New Mexico Job Market Gets a Boost As Sitel Announces 120 Positions for Its Albuquerque Call Center

In an effort to improve its customer services, the leading provider of outsourced customer care services, Sitel is actively expanding its customer care call center in Albuquerque, New Mexico and the initiative is going to be a job spinner for the local market.


In a press release, Sitel said that the call center, which mainly caters to the global satellite TV and international hotel chain clients, will hire 120 new employees, who, as Albuquerque associates will provide inbound customer care support.

In finding the right candidates, Sitel is partnering with the New Mexico Department of Workforce Solutions. The company hosted an on-site job fair at 4420 The 25 Way on Thursday, May 19, 2011.

With over 26 years of industry experience, Sitel outsources call center solutions through its offshore centers in 26 countries across North America, South America, Europe, Africa, and Asia Pacific.

“As we strive to mean more to our clients, the recent expansion within the Albuquerque call center is a direct result of our commitment to meet their objectives in terms of providing outstanding customer service. Sitel continues to create deeper relationships with our clients, through better processes, cutting edge technology and outstanding performance from our people,” site director of Sitel’s Albuquerque facility Manuel Garcia noted in a statement.

In its last recruitment drive for its Albuquerque customer care call center, announced in October 2010, Sitel reportedly increased its staff by more than 140 associates.
