Robert N. Pinkerton Joins Alpine Access as Chief Financial Officer

Alpine Access, the premier provider of virtual contact center solutions and services, has appointed Robert N. Pinkerton as the new chief financial officer.

Pinkerton holds more than 25 years of experience managing global and domestic financial operations, strategic growth opportunities, M&A and acquisition integration, capital raising, and the investment community.

In his new role, he will oversee all aspects of Alpine Access' financial and accounting operations as well as the investment community and access to the capital markets.

Pinkerton, as a member of the executive leadership team, will also play a key role in helping determine the strategic direction of the company and have significant responsibility for helping the company achieve its financial goals.

In a press release, Christopher M. Carrington, president and CEO of Alpine Access, commented, “Throughout his distinguished career as an investment banker and an operator, Bob has demonstrated exceptional business insight and strong leadership. He brings broad financial experience to Alpine Access as well as a deep understanding of our business and the customer care industry.”

This appointment will help the company to provide value for its customers, take advantage of all strategic opportunities and continue achieving double-digit growth and market dominance.

Prior to joining Alpine, Pinkerton worked as senior vice president of Corporate Development, divisional CFO, and corporate treasurer for CSG Systems (News - Alert), International, Inc., a publicly traded leader in customer care and billing software and services.

Academically, Pinkerton holds an MBA from the University of Chicago with a concentration in finance and a BA from the University of Rochester.
