Convergys Looking for 100 Employees in Orem, Utah Area

- Alert) Corporation, a global provider of relationship management, has announced open positions for 100 full- and part-time positions at its contact center in Orem, Utah.
Apart from benefits such medical and dental insurance, tuition reimbursement, 401(k), and paid and unpaid time off, Convergys also offers employees competitive wages plus performance incentives and paid comprehensive training. Apart from the ability to work a flexible schedule, potential Convergys employees should possess solid customer service and sales experience and strong computer and keyboarding skills. The potential employees must also complete a background check and drug screening, the company stated in a press release.

Recently, the company announced it will sell holdings in the “cellular partnerships” located in the Cincinnati metropolitan area to AT&T. The deal is worth approximately $320 million in cash.
