ContactPoint Joins American Rental Association to Target the Industry for Sales Training
ContactPoint, a provider of sales and customer service optimitics, announced its membership in the American Rental Association (ARA).
This is a significant opportunity for ContactPoint to increase its reach and improve revenue streams. The membership enables 8,600 ARA members to utilize ContactPoint’s real-time phone recording and scoring technology and their sales training.

Recently, ContactPoint announced that the nationwide extended stay hotel chain Value Place hired ContactPoint to record and score customer phone calls. The hotel chain, which has presence in 175 locations across the nation, made this investment to improve customer service and increase sales.
