Sage North America Expands Endorsed Development Partner Program with TimeLinx's New CRM-based Project Management Solution

TimeLinx Software announced that Sage North America has selected its professional services and project management solution to expand Sage North America's Endorsed Development Partner Program to the Sage SalesLogix CRM solution. Sage’s reseller channel across North, South and Central America and the Philippines will now distribute TimeLinx.


In a release, Jeff Gregorec, Vice President of Sales and Strategic Alliances for Sage CRM Solutions, said, “Sage SalesLogix and TimeLinx, working together, give our customers the necessary visibility into the entire service delivery and customer lifecycles – a unique offering for our CRM customers and the CRM market in general. Any business providing services to their customers in consulting, technology services, manufacturing and other industries will find this solution very compelling.”

Sage will market TimeLinx Express which incorporates project management and time- and expense-entry functions within Sage SalesLogix LAN, Cloud and web offerings directly. Sage Business Partners will market and support TimeLinx Express as the new “Project Management Express Edition.

TimeLinx President Mark Engelberg said that “TimeLinx enables companies to not only manage the tasks and calendars of projects, but also manage and precisely control dollars and maximize profits through a proprietary rules-based Revenue Optimization Engine."

TimeLinx expands and enhances the Sage SalesLogix CRM system within the service delivery process by adding a professional services component to their business. It also cuts silos and provides vital information for Marketing, Sales, Professional Services, Customer Service and Support, Finance and senior management. Additionally, organizations will be able to share real-time data on the tasks, timelines, resources and profits within each project and for individual clients. TimeLinx will also effectively improve Sage’s CRM offerings within service and manufacturing businesses.

Engelberg said "TimeLinx with Sage SalesLogix replaces redundant and costly applications, spreadsheets and databases with a single client database, eliminating time-consuming and error-prone rekeying of information. “By building on top of a CRM solution, all customer information is stored in the same system and various departments can maximize in real-time the profitability of any customer, project, task, consultant, category of work and more."

Endorsed Partner Solutions provide customers with additional functionality and enhance customer experience which includes purchase, training, support and maintenance through integration with Sage products.
