HTC Wildfire S Gets CompanionLink's CRM Sync Support

As a developer of data synchronization solutions for mobile phones as well as CRM software and services, CompanionLink Software, a developer of data synchronization solutions for mobile phones and CRM software and services, has helped mobilize information across devices, computers, applications, and web-based services through its solutions.


According to a press release, CompanionLink Software recently provided CRM sync support for the newest and smallest of HTC’s (News - Alert) S trio, the HTC Wildfire S. Precisely, the CompanionLink Software provides two-way sync and backup of contacts, calendar, tasks and memos between PC, or web-based CRM databases and the HTC Wildfire S.

Available at $49.95 as well as a 14-day free trial, the CompanionLink’s CRM-to-mobile sync software facilitates for two-way sync between Android-based phones, Apple iPhone, Apple iPad, RIM BlackBerry, or Windows Phone 7 and CRM software such as Microsoft Outlook, IBM Lotus Notes, Sage ACT!, Palm Desktop, Novell (News - Alert), GroupWise, Salesforce CRM, and Highrise.

With the help of CompanionLink’s CRM-to-mobile sync software, customers can directly sync their calendar, contacts, tasks, notes and color-coded categories with smartphones and a range of CRM suites, in a secure manner.

According to the release, CompanionLink provides four ways to sync the HTC Wildfire S, namely via wired USB sync; via local Wi-Fi sync; via a secure hosted wireless sync service; and via wireless sync through Google.

The sync software supports syncing the Wildfire S with Microsoft Outlook, IBM (News - Alert) Lotus Notes, Sage ACT!, Palm Desktop, Novell GroupWise, Salesforce CRM, and Highrise. In addition, the CompanionLink’s sync software also supports syncing the Wildfire S with Microsoft (News - Alert) Outlook add-ins like Franklin Covey PlanPlus for Microsoft Outlook, Getting Things Done, Take Back Your Life, Respond, Avidian Prophet, and Outlook Business Contact Manager.

Apart from CRM-to-mobile sync software, CompanionLink also provides a business-class CRM app called DejaOffice for Android, iPhone, and iPad devices.

As reported by TMCnet, CompanionLink also provides several paid support options such as RunStart and Premium Support, wherein RunStart is a complete setup solution for Outlook, ACT!, and Palm Desktop users. Available for a one-time fee of $49, RunStart can be securely set-up by a technician. Additionally, RunStart’s users can utilize the Premium Support facility, which delivers five secure login sessions.

CompanionLink Software also provides two-way synchronization of contacts, calendar, tasks, and memos between PC or web-based CRM databases with the new T-Mobile (News - Alert) myTouch 4G Slide as well.
