Under the directives of the policy, employees will be expected to discourage any harassment and unlawful discrimination, display solidarity in communications, disperse any problems in the workplace quickly and sensitively and add to the value of diversity in the workplace.

Employees will be expected to adhere to the principles of workplace diversity and comply with the company's Workplace Conduct Policy, Company Property & Work Environment Policy, Workplace Violence & Harassment Prevention Policy, AODA Customer Service Policy and Occupational Health & Safety Policy.
