Boost Mobile Ranked Highest for Customer Service and Purchase Experience by J.D. Power and Associates
Boost Mobile, a provider of no-contract wireless services, announced that J.D. Power and Associates has offered the company the highest rank in Customer Service Performance and Purchase Experience among Non-Contract Wireless Providers.
This is the third recognition for Boost Mobile this year in a J.D. Power customer study. JD Power’s 2011 Wireless Customer Care Non-Contract Study – Volume 2 is based on the responses from 1,460 wireless customers who contacted their carrier’s customer care department within the past six months. The study was fielded from January through June 2011.
“We recognize that interest in no-contract plans continue to grow as consumers across the nation are rationalizing their monthly wireless expenses and looking for opportunities to save real money,” said Andre Smith, vice president of Boost Mobile, statement. “Receiving three J.D. Power and Associates awards in less than one year demonstrates Boost Mobile’s commitment to enhance our experience.”
Boost Mobile received an overall score of 763 and performed the highest in phone contacts that originate in the automated response systems channel which are then transferred to a live service representative and in phone calls made directly to customer service representatives.
Boost Mobile ranked highest in overall Purchase Experience among no-contract and full-service providers, with an overall score of 766. The brand performs particularly well in phone sales representative, offerings and promotions and cost of service.
In October 2010, Boost Mobile announced its new wireless plan Monthly Unlimited with Shrinkage. The no-contract wireless service on the Nationwide Sprint (News
- Alert) Network offers its customers the opportunity to reduce their $50 monthly unlimited plan to a monthly price of $35 by making on-time payments. For every six on-time payments, a customer’s monthly cost will reduce by $5.
