GC1 Peak Dialer Released by Global Connect
GC1 Peak Dialer has been launched by Global Connect (News - Alert). Collections clients can quickly, easily and cost effectively reach contacts with this hosted cloud-based dialer platform. Clients are able to increase agent productivity with the new advances in Global Connect's hosted dialer functionality. At the same time, clients are able to keep the operating costs low. An announcement in this regard has been made by the top provider of cloud-based hosted dialing and communication services.
In a release, Darrin Bird, Chief Operating Officer of Global Connect, said, "In today's economic climate, clients are actively looking for tools and systems that help them accomplish more with less. Cloud-based technology is used by GC1 Peak Dialer. The dialer can be directly logged into by agents for campaigns like Direct Connect Predictive Dialer campaigns. Web portal log-in can be utilized by agents for RPC Predictive Campaigns. A secure and unique login for each agent is provided by the system into the GC1 Peak Dialer.
Supervisors are able to listen to agents with the enhanced session recording available with GC1 Peak Dialer. Supervisors can coach agents through calls and also "barge" into calls when necessary, with the Call Monitoring Module of the system. Custom and default settings for pacing algorithms, call hold queues and disposition codes are offered by the system. The system also offers custom and default settings for agent prioritization and call routing. The debtor data that appears on the Agent Screen Pop screen can be also customized.
All of the existing features of Global Connect's voice messaging system have been incorporated in GC1 Peak Dialer. Compliance, reporting, analytics, and security modules of Global Connect have also been incorporated. Collections clients are able to maximize their agents' time and productivity with the robust features offered by GC1 Peak Dialer.
