Onstream and Council of Real Estate Brokerage Managers Sign MarketPlace365 Services Agreement

Onstream Media Corporation, an online service provider of live and on-demand corporate audio and Web communications, virtual event technology, and social media marketing announced that The Council of Real Estate Brokerage Managers (CRB) has signed a MarketPlace365 services agreement to develop a virtual tradeshow and interactive social community for the real estate industry.

In a release Jonathan Nicholas, CIO of the CRB Council said, “Our primary objective is to provide realtors with the knowledge, information, tools and resources to maximize the success and profitability of their business. We view this as a natural progression in our endeavors to stay cutting edge and remain highly accessible. Working with MarketPlace365’s unique suite of services is a perfect match that will benefit both us and our members by extending our communications, education, and professional networking.”

It was revealed that the marketplace will highlight brokerage specific education content and networking that is based on CRB’s work. It is expected to be launched before the CRB annual meetings scheduled to take place from November 9-11, 2011 in Anaheim, California. CRB is an industry association with more than 6,000 brokers, owners, and managers in the real estate business.

According to CRB sources, its MarketPlace365 will have a media library that showcases educational materials on topics like business strategy, performance leadership, marketing management and technology management.

In addition, members will gain access to webinars and webcasts, interact in exclusive chat rooms, be able to participate in industry leader blogs and have access to community forums. The marketplace includes videos of past and current educational seminars which can be viewed by members when and where they wish. They can also share best practices with fellow professionals.

CRB Council is a not-for-profit affiliate of the National Association of Realtors and is considered a premier industry association for team leaders, brokers, owners and managers in the real estate business. It also publishes Real Estate Business Magazine as an online, bi-monthly publication, said officials.
