RS Components' Services Recognized with Contact Center Award
RS Components, a premier high service distributor of electronics and maintenance products, has been recognized for its service in the contact center industry by receiving the "China Best Customer Contact Centre Industry Promising Star of the Year" award at the “2011 China Best Customer Contact Centre and CRM Awards.”
"Winning the award is a strong testament of RS Components' commitment to local customers to provide world-class service and support,” said Clement Zhang, country manager for RS Components, China.
Zhang attributed the success to strong team commitment, hard work and the desire to excel in providing superior customer service synonymous with that provided by leading contact centers all over the world.
Organized by the Customer Contact Centre and the BPO industry information portal, the awards ceremony is an annual event that recognizes excellence in call center and customer relationship management. Often referred to as the “Oscars” of the industry, this event presents awards to organizations across China from 17 different award categories.
The awards are aimed at improving overall service and management, setting industry standards and providing an impetus to the development of contact centers in China. Over 400 delegates that included government officials attended the awards dinner.
Over 500 companies in China submitted entries for the awards and despite fierce competition, RS Components emerged as a winner. The awards are judged on the international 4PS strategy industrial standard and participants are evaluated with reference to several criteria.
The judges especially appreciated RS Component’s clear decisive customer-centric strategy that translated into efficient and effective service to its customers, according to company officials.
