PlusOne Wants to Hire 100 New Sales Agents in Salt Lake City Call Center
Amid growing concerns about further job cuts across industries, there’s a ray of hope thanks to the substantial rise in call center hiring in the country over the past few months.
Call centers are the backbones of any industry, as they connect the business with customers and bring positive results through meaningful interactions. With increasing concerns about customer care quality and effective service delivery, call centers are constantly looking for new ways to remain competitive in the industry. The recent increase in call center hiring not only indicates greater prospects in the call center business but also shows the urge among these centers to deliver highly professional services to their clients.
Recently, PlusOne Company, a sales conversion firm in the direct response call center industry, announced it is hiring 100 new sales agents in the Salt Lake City area to support demand for its inbound sales call center services.
PlusOne currently staffs over 200 sales agents who support the customer care needs of its diverse clients. To improve the quality of the workforce, the company provides industry training and peer-mentor programs for call center sales.
The company is currently offering both part-time and full-time positions with performance-based, work-at-home opportunities.
“We employ many stay-at-home parents with family responsibilities who have the desire to put their knowledge and education to work," said Marion Timpson, chief performance officer, PlusOne in a statement.
In related news, various call centers across the country are on hiring spree as Sitel, a leading call center outsourcing company recently held several call center hiring initiatives in North America. The company revealed it is filling 140 seasonal and permanent positions within its customer care center in Albuquerque, New Mexico, to provide inbound customer care support for a top global online retailer.
