Atelka Signs Partnership Agreement with SATMAP
Atelka, a Canadian corporation created by skilled entrepreneurs from both the IT and the call center space, announced a strategic partnership with SATMAP (News - Alert), a world leader in call center industry technology.
Officials said that SATMAP, using neural networks and artificial intelligence technology, matches customers with call center agents and helps deliver enhanced sales and reduced costs as a result.
To optimally connect calls with specific agents that are most likely to succeed with specific customers, SATMAP leverages an extensive list of more than 100 demographic, psychographic and geographic variables, in billions of combinations.
In a release, Georges Karam (News - Alert), CEO of Atelka, said: “Customer experience is paramount for us and our partnership with SATMAP will give us the ability to differentiate ourselves in the marketplace while personalizing the customer experience.”
The technology is currently being used by Global 500 companies in millions of interactions every day. “The results are auditable and we strongly believe that SATMAP will become the standard in the call center industry. Partnering with them now gives us a head start in the Canadian marketplace.”
“Atelk’s forward thinking management immediately recognized the benefits that our technology will afford their clients, and they have been vocal in their conviction that SATMAP is the only truly innovative technology in the call center space,” said Orlando Hampton (News - Alert), SATMAP's Executive Vice President, Client and Partner Services.
This partnership with Atelka will help SATMAP to grow in the Canadian marketplace and will also allow them to grow Atelka's business.
In related news, Atelka Inc. has acquired Davis + Henderson's non-financial services Contact Centre business that provides services to the retail and telecommunications industries. As a result, Davis + Henderson's Charlottetown site, staffed by some 350 employees, as well as its client operations, have been purchased by Atelka. As a result of the acquisition, Atelka will now provide outsourced call centre service serving customers in both Canada and the U.S.
