Office Ally's Rapid Growth Visible in its Future Plans

October 20, 2011

Office Ally, a True Health Information Network offering healthcare providers a full suite of revenue-cycle management services, currently located in Vancouver, Washington, is all set to acquire a new address. In addition to relocating its corporate office to San Antonio, Texas, it also plans to open a new state-of-the-Art customer call center and training facility.

According to Brian O'Neill, president and CEO of Office Ally, the new facility at Texas is expected to increase training capabilities and also accommodate Office Ally's record growth.

This is borne out by the company's statement that it is currently adding approximately 1,400 new practices a month to its client roster, making Office Ally the fastest-growing practice management systems company in the country.

“A year ago we were taking 850 calls a day, and now that number has grown to 1,800,” said O'Neill, in a press release, and added,. “The new 17,000-square-foot call center will allow us to better accommodate this growth while also providing a 60-seat space for onsite training for local providers who want to avail themselves of that service.”

In order to handle the volume, the company plans to add 100 customer service representatives, trainers and technicians upon opening in San Antonio with additional scope for another 150 employees after a period of six months.

The new center, according to O'Neill, will benefit clients located on the East Coast because of the time difference and as the San Antonio center was occupied by an American Express (News - Alert) Call center previously, it was in a state of readiness to handle Office Ally's needs. The move to Texas is expected to be completed in late November.

Training support for all of Office Ally's practice management products will be provided at the San Antonio center, which will also serve as a resource that providers can use to maximize benefits and efficiencies that these products bring.

Moreover, according to O'Neill, Texas also offers a more congenial business climate, favorable tax and other regulations that will reduce the cost for the company while increasing efficiency.

In other news, a new real-time clinical messaging tool, MessageMate has been introduced by Office Ally. The organization is committed to controlling healthcare costs. At the same time patient outcomes will be also improved.
