Call Center Workforce Management Provider InVision Software to Present at German Conference
Going to be in Germany the first week in November? If so, be sure to check out InVision Software (News - Alert), a provider of cloud-based workforce management (WFM) solutions who will be presenting at a German industry event called “Erfolgreiches Callcenter," all about how call centers can better optimize workforce management with assistance from the injixo WFM solution.
For the fifth year in a row, the not-to-miss conference will take place on November 8 from 9:30am to 5pm at the Congress Park Hanau in Germany. Offering a wide array of panel presentations and expert discussions, the event will offer best tips and practices that call centers can utilize to be successful, according to a press release.
Because a majority of small and medium-sized call centers are forced to scrutinize every dollar of capital spent, some organizations believe they simply cannot afford to implement an effective call center workforce management solution. However, with the injixo WFM cloud offering, call centers can benefit from InVision's workforce management solution without having to spend any additional money on separate required hardware and software. Also, businesses can save a great chunk of money by implementing this cost-effective solution, as injixo WFM can be purchased for only $9 per agent per month.
In addition, because the call center workforce management solution is cloud-based, it can be used anywhere that has internet access.
In other news, TMCnet recently reported that Rob Duncan, COO, Alpine Access and Simon Angove, CEO, GMT Corporation collaborated on an article in regards to call center workforce management.
Detailing a Microsoft (News
- Alert) survey in the piece, the survey found that while there are more than 4,500 U.S. information workers, almost half of them stated that their companies have a formal telework policy. “Ten years ago, telework was seen more as an employee benefit,” Microsoft Corporate Vice President Ron Markezich said in a statement. However, as time has progressed this has dramatically changed and now allowing for large amount of telework in certain scenarios not only lets you choose from more potential employees, but it reduces overhead costs. We call this a “win-win for employees and employers,” Duncan and Angrove concluded.
