QCSS' Job Creation Efforts Recognized by FCC

November 09, 2011

The Chicago-based call center and telemarketing firm, QCSS Inc. is one of the companies focused on creating more jobs for Americans through their participation in the jobs4america Coalition. The firm has recently been recognized by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC (News - Alert)) for its job creating efforts.

The jobs4america Coalition consists of call center business leaders committed to generating jobs in the United States. The members of the coalition have come together to create thousands of American contact center jobs. As part of this alliance, QCSS set a target for itself for generating 200 new jobs by the year 2013.

Chairman of the FCC Julius Genachowski (News - Alert) acknowledged QCSS Inc.’s contribution toward creating jobs in the USA through jobs4america Coalition. Genachowski appreciated the company’s efforts at a challenging time and thanked the company for its contributions in the country’s economic growth.

“Thank you for QCSS’s commitment to create jobs here in the United States as part of the jobs4america Coalition. Your support will promote economic growth – and, of course, job creation – at a challenging time for our country and help us work to ensure that America’s brightest days are still ahead. Looking forward to continuing our efforts in the months to come,”  Genachowski noted in a statement.

“We are honored to be a part of creating jobs for fellow Americans. It is our obligation as a nation to provide the basic necessities for living; food, shelter, clothing, opportunity to have affordable health and dental care, a car for transportation to work, savings for the future, and home ownership-this is the true American dream. Please join in our efforts to put America back to work,” Catherine Karabetsos, the company’s president and CEO, said in response.

Earlier this year, QCSS announced that the company’s three new call centers – CallCenter-US.com, Telemarketing-US.com and USAContactCenter.com – will continue to help stimulate the economy. QCSS’ said that its new sites were designed to make shopping for Call Center and Telemarketing services a “cinch” and “hassle free”.
