Sabio Opens Singapore Service Hub to Support its Asia Pacific Operations
In an effort to strengthen its presence in the key markets of Asia Pacific, Sabio, the specialist contact center and unified communications systems integrator, has recently launched a new service hub in Singapore.
Sabio earned global success in deploying standardized contact center and communications technology infrastructures based on Avaya, Nuance (News
- Alert) and Verint technologies. The company now seeks to further invest in its global infrastructure to support its international customers through the creation of a service hub in the strategic location of Singapore.
The launch is expected to boost up the company’s expanding international contact center technology design, delivery and support operations. Leveraging the local operational excellence and support, the new regional hub is expected to help Sabio deliver a single point of contact for its customers’ worldwide contact centre infrastructure deployment.
Mark Vaux – one of the company’s new hires – will head Sabio's Asia Pacific Service operations. In his role as Sabio’s Regional Director of Services Vaux will be responsible for accelerating the expansion of service provision to Sabio's international customers. Vaux is an experienced Singapore-based services director, Sabio informed in a press release.
“Our goal is to provide our international customers with exactly the level of contact center and communications functionality they need at every level of their organization, regardless of the location. With our regional hubs – backed by our expanding Global Alliance network – we can give our customers a single point of contact for their worldwide contact center infrastructure deployments,” Sabio Director Adam Faulkner said in a statement.
He added, “Having a regional hub in Singapore – and the expertise of senior service professionals such as Mark Vaux – enables our global customers to unlock the efficiency and process savings that come from centralized deployment, while still achieving the benefits of local operational excellence and support.”
In a proof of its superior contract center capabilities, Sabio recently expanded its Global Alliance network. The expansion allowed the company to support its award-winning customer contact centre and unified communications solutions through a network of specialist Avaya (News
- Alert)-focused organizations.
“Singapore is increasingly recognized as the optimum location for supporting service and solutions delivery across the Asia Pacific region, so it was the logical location for Sabio when opening our first international hub. Deploying standardized contact center and communications technology infrastructures has been central to our initial global success. We're now investing in our global infrastructure to support our international customers,” Faulkner noted.
In September, Sabio signed a partnership deal with Gamma Telecom, one of the UK's largest providers of IP telephony services. Under the agreement, Sabio's Network Services operation will integrate Gamma’s SIP trunking services with Avaya's comprehensive IP telephony platforms to provide customers with an end-to-end approach to optimizing their telephony systems and services with SIP technology.
