MobileBits and Pringo, Inc Complete Merger
MobileBits Holdings Corp is a global technology company that delivers quick and easy mobile content. The company recently announced that it has completed its merger with Pringo, Inc. With this merger, MobileBits has now expanded its core capabilities and will now feature a single, end-to-end digital platform to expand its mobile and web solutions.
In a release, Walter Kostiuk, Chairman, President and Chief Strategy Officer of MobileBits,
said, "This merger leverages our mobile and web technologies and combines it into one single platform, providing the first solution that offers all the key features needed to deliver content with the greatest monetization capability."
Now that Pringo's development, content management system, and user management tools have been integrated into the MobileBits platform, MobileBits will be able to offer a highly scalable solution for both the delivery and connection of content along with targeted advertisements to any device.

The Founder of MobileBits, Kostiuk, will continue to be the Chairman, President and Chief Strategy Officer, while Abai will assume the role of Chief Executive Officer of the company. The co-Founder and CTO of Pringo, Harvard Young will join MobileBits as Chief Technology Officer.
