New Global Channel Partner Program from Voxeo Positions Its Partner to Capitalize on $7.6 Billion Contact Center Technology Market

Voxeo (News - Alert), a provider of solutions for unlocking communications, has announced the Voxeo Connect, its new global channel partner program, which will enable its partners to capitalize on the rapidly expanding market for contact center technologies. Partners using Voxeo Connect will now be able to use customer contact solutions which are capable of supporting their customers migrating communication preferences which subsequently allows them to explore new sources of revenue and helps them improve the customer experience.

Partner benefits delivered by Voxeo Connect include Increased Partner Investment as Voxeo offers investment benefits to those business associates who display similar drive in resolving customer issues. The partner program delivers partners with sales opportunities, training benefits along with Marketing Development Funds (MDF) for collaborative marketing and demand generation. A major portion of Voxeo's business is based on its channel partners.

The newly introduced Voxeo Connect Partner Portal offers partners with instant access to a library featuring a wide selection of sales and marketing resources such as collateral, information on proposals and demos, webinar archives among a host of other such tools. The Voxeo Connect Certified Partner program features providers of solutions as well as experienced resellers and systems integrators with extensive knowledge about Voxeo solutions and have been certified by the company.

The Voxeo Customer Obsession Teams provide partners with collaborative problem solving services and round the clock expert technical support while Certified and Global partners will be offered with a 20-minute response time for any reported issues. The Triple Cloud platform offering provides globally located partners and customers the ability to deploy on-premise solutions in a private cloud, to use Voxeo's global cloud hosting, or the option to leverage both models as a hybrid solution to benefit from low-cost disaster recovery and overflow even in peak traffic. The Voxeo Connect program also offers partners with the benefit of Market Leadership as Voxeo was awarded the rating of "Strong Positive," by Gartner in its 2011 report titled "MarketScope for IVR Systems and Enterprise Voice Portals."
