CR Software Implements Titanium for Processing Orange County Superior Court Collections
The Orange (News - Alert) County Superior Court (OCSC) which serves one of the largest counties in the United States has started using Titanium Open Receivables Management (ORE) for processing their accounts. The Titanium software was successfully implemented by CR Software, the world’s leading collections and receivables management software supplier. After reviewing several software platforms to simplify their collection process, OCSC selected Titanium as their primary collections system.
Previously, much of data related to collections from traffic violation fees was imported and extracted from spreadsheets. OCSC, in order to streamline the labor-intensive and manual collection process, selected Titanium. OCSC will use Titanium with their existing Oracle (News
- Alert) based platform containing thousands of records. The Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) tools will enable Titanium to interact with these records stored in the system.
In a release, Jason Withrow, the implementation manager, said that “OCSC needed a software platform that could communicate with an existing application. Titanium is great with integrations and processes a high volume of accounts per day into the system. I know this integration ability was a big selling point for them. OCSC has never operated on a powerful collections system before. They're now in a position to far exceed their collections goals using the technology Titanium offers.”
In addition to providing an efficient platform for processing collections, Titanium also provides roles and privileges functionalities to allow only authorized users to view and modify specific data and accounts.
Jason Withrow added, “We've often found that collection managers assign roles to their collectors to implement security within the Titanium application. In this case, only approved collectors can access accounts and data based on their authorization level. The implementation team is really excited to see Titanium simplify the collections process for OCSC. We've tailored specific workflows that'll improve their business needs.”
