IDE for Oracle's CRM Desktop Released by InvisibleCRM
InvisibleCRM (News - Alert) recently announced the release of InvisibleStudio toolset for Oracle’s CRM Desktop support. Products based on the InvisibleCRM’s OutlookBridge platform can be now customized by business analysts and developers with InvisibleStudio, which is an Integrated Development Environment.
Oracle’s (News
- Alert) CRM Desktop, including Siebel v3.04 and higher, and CRM OnDemand R19 will now be supported with this initial release, while subsequent releases will provide support to more products.
In a release, Vlad Voskresensky, CEO of InvisibleCRM, said, “CRM Desktop for Siebel, Oracle On Demand and Fusion has tremendously simplified life for CRM users. Now, with InvisibleStudio, we’ve finally taken care of CRM administrators and developers too. Officials claim that CRM Desktop brings the power of Oracle CRM products directly to Microsoft (News
- Alert) Outlook and has been specifically designed to provide combined sales workplace offering, bi-directional synchronization of customer account information, appointments, contact databases, opportunity management to the user who is using the Microsoft Outlook application.
According to the company, InvisibleStudio gives users the option to work with specially designed packages as projects, give them easy tools that enable them to create a new package from a plain configuration, modify a package, validate package XML files and also run packages within the CRM Desktop application. InvisibleStudio also helps to simplify integration with custom Oracle’s CRM configurations and enabling developers to instantly verify the results of their work and ensure that requests execute correctly against the Siebel server.
