Collaboration with Touchstone CRM Announced by CWR Mobility

Advanced mobile CRM solutions based on CWR Mobility’s award-winning software will be now offered to Touchstone (News - Alert) CRM’s customers. Touchstone CRM will now be a Registered Partner of the CWR Mobility Partner Program as part of the collaboration announced by the two companies.

Mobility for Microsoft (News - Alert) Dynamics CRM users will now be included by Touchstone CRM as it expands its offering in the UK and European markets. Organizations with medium to large sales and consultancy teams, which are located anywhere in the world, will find these unique solutions from Touchstone CRM extremely beneficial.

In a release, Dean Carroll, head of Touchstone CRM said, “We are seeing a significantly increased demand from our clients across all sectors to extend the use of CRM data and processes beyond the internal network. As working practices become increasingly flexible in terms of working hours and location, Mobile CRM really comes into its own.”

Native mobile applications, mobile dashboards, connectivity independence, synchronization, multi-device access and role-based information delivery are some of the important capabilities which will be now delivered by the new CWR Mobile CRM-based Touchstone CRM Mobile solution.
