CBM Services Improves Estimating and Job Costing with Soffront's Integrated CRM Solution

Soffront Software Inc. recently announced that its integrated CRM solution has been selected by CBM Services, a provider of commercial flooring restoration and maintenance, for helping it improve its estimating and job costing processes.


In a release, Alan Plotkin, CEO of CBM Services, said that, “We are looking forward to implementing Soffront across all divisions of our corporation. We needed a robust CRM that could manage all aspects of our business while being accurate and user-friendly. Soffront was an ideal solution because it can somewhat mirror our existing system without moving all the parts, making this a smooth transition.”

After careful analysis of several CRM solutions such as Salesforce.com (News - Alert), ServiceMax, High Five, Sage and Microsoft, CBM Services decided to go ahead with deploying the Soffront Integrated CRM solution based on considerations which include competitive pricing structures, flexibility of the system, extensive functionalities provided as well as for the timely and high level of customer services delivered by the Soffront team.

As opposed to other CRM systems, the Soffront integrated CRM solution incorporates a flat pricing model which does not include any expensive add-ons. Additionally, the Soffront solution is user friendly and comes with an intuitive navigation and has been designed to include simple drag-and-drop customization that is not based on any kind of programming.

Plotkin said that, “We purchased five modules from Soffront, including Sales Automation, QuickBooks Integration, Outlook Integration, Project Management, and the Customer Portal. We are confident these modules will work together seamlessly within our organization as a fully integrated solution to enhance our reporting and increase our ROI.”
