Indosoft Unveils Web Portal for Q-Suite
Indosoft (News - Alert) has announced that it is launching a new Web portal for Q-Suite, an ACD and Dialer software suite for Asterisk.
The company, which specializes in the provision of call center software for Asterisk (News - Alert), offers Unified Communications solutions to meet the needs of medium and large contact centers.
Q-Suite is the company’s flagship contact center ACD and Dialer software which is available for private label technology solutions. Indosoft licenses its ACD for Asterisk with .NET (News
- Alert) and Socket library to organizations using Asterisk in their product line.
The new Web portal will provide useful information for potential customers as well as offer important information for telecom channel partners and CTI developers.
In a release Justin Traer, director of Support Services said, “We are pleased to be able to provide comprehensive access to assist our channel partners. Interface to the Contact Center ACD and Dialer software engine within Q-Suite is API driven, ideally suited for creating custom look and feel.”
“This partner portal will assist in the knowledge transfer, allowing our partners to create their own brand of contact center software suite. It will also support their effort to build and append value added modules to the Unified Communications (News - Alert) services platform,” Traer said.
Indosoft also announced the launch of AMD (News
- Alert) and Voicemail Beep Tone recognition functions within its Dialplan Builder to implement dialer driven outbound Interactive Voice Response (IVR) applications.
