Global Connect Launches Even More New Features for Their Signature GC1 Peak Dialer
Global Connect has long been working to establish itself as one of the best cloud-based hosted dialing and communications companies in the world. The company's flag bearer of a program is the GC1 Peak Dialer. This particular program has been undergoing some definite tweaks in order to better serve its customers over the last few days. Just days after releasing an extensive list of new features for the GC1 Peak dialer, Global Connect (News - Alert) has further tweaked its standard bearer.
One of the newest features that the Global Connect GC1 Peak Dialer offers is Inbound and Outbound Call Blending. This feature means that with the aid of an automated call distributor (ACD) the GC1 Peak Dialer will roll both those inbound and outbound calls into their call centers easier. This particular feature will also allow inbound calls to be recorded easily and retrieved easier.
A revamped call recording module means that the GC1 will allow administrators to search through a particular call recording based on the name of the person who took the call, when the call occurred and a number of other criteria. This feature allows users of the GC1 to better respond to customer calls.
The GC1 Peak Dialer has also added some new features to their Do Not Call and Predictive models that make it easier to use these at call centers around the globe. Darrin Bird, Global Connect's executive vice president, laid out why he believes more call centers should look to his company's software.
“Call centers can take advantage of all of these capabilities with no upfront fees, no long-term contracts, and no monthly maintenance or minimum usage requirements. They also have access to a 24-hour, 7-day-per-week, U.S.-based customer care center,” Bird said. “The GC1 Peak Dialer offers not only a feature-rich platform, but also an exceptional pricing model. A cloud-based dialer solution with a variable based business model, the GC1 Peak Dialer is truly different from the options currently offered by other hosted dialer solutions.”
When teamed up with the huge amount of new features the company launched for this software just last week, it appears that Global Connect wants to become a “household” name in their little section of the tech world.
