ACT Selects Castel Communications

Castel (News - Alert) Communications has announced that the company was selected by Account Control Technology (ACT). According to the agreement, ACT will deploy Castel products such as Castel Connects Dialer, Castel Tracker DVR, Castel Convey Enhanced Intelligent Messaging Delivery, Castel Detect Voice and Speech Analysis, and Castel Compass (News - Alert) Real-Time Business Intelligence Dashboard.

With these deployments, the company expects to see an improvement in call quality, and enhance right-party contacts. It also looks to decrease agent call handle time and improve overall customer satisfaction. At ACT, agents guide borrowers through the debt management process and help them make informed decisions.

Castel Compass Business Intelligence Center (Real-Time Dashboard) enables users to access to real-time important performance indicators at any given time throughout the day. The dashboard is a simple graphical interface that shows various important performance indicators in a single view. To find valuable real-time information when needed most, users may drill down across specific windows.

Castel Detect provides users with the ability to immediately monitor and detect the presence and frequency of words, phrases, emotions, and talkover, the company has stated.
