Concentrix Corporation and Cisco Awarded 'Best Outsourcing Partnership' at Recent Event
Concentrix Corporation, a wholly-owned subsidiary of SYNNEX Corporation, a global business services company, and Cisco (News - Alert) have been recognized as "Best Outsourcing Partnership" at a recent event.
The "Best Outsourcing Partnership" award recognizes a partnership's ability to demonstrate joint business aims and challenges.
Officials with Concentrix Corporation said that the company long-term relationship with Cisco was selected due to its ability to continually deliver exceptional customer service and innovation to Cisco's customers on a global basis through sales, technical support, customer service, social media analysis and developer support for multiple languages throughout Europe.
The ECCSA judges have regarded the partnership between the two companies as, "going far beyond a client/outsourcing relationship, this partnership has been courageous, collaborative and committed to staff engagement. The potential for development across both companies has engendered a strong network and an overwhelming sense of unity."

In July, Concentrix was honored by SugarCRM (News - Alert), one of the world’s fastest growing customer relationship management (CRM) companies, as one of the top performing North American channel partners.
Top performers were required to achieve business growth between 2010 and 2011 and to secure at least $20,000 in new SugarCRM subscriptions. Concentrix accomplished 300 percent growth overall, and 90 percent of subscriptions were for SugarCRM’s Enterprise Edition.
