Stratus Contact Solutions, a multichannel contact center, will provide call center support for Telrite Corporation and Life Wireless, a cellular provider.
Life Wireless and Telrite provide low-cost and subsidized cellular phone services to income-eligible customers via the Lifeline program. Georgia-based Telrite specializes in providing comprehensive, reliable telecommunications services using optimized network switches.
Brian Lisle, president of Telrite Corporation said, “We chose Stratus based on their extensive telecommunications industry experience and best in class multichannel customer care. We needed a partner to grow with – one who could scale quality customer representatives and that understands our business.”
The call center support will deliver Life Wireless customers with easy access to Stratus’ U.S.-based, multilingual customer contact center throughout the year. Stratus is expected to serve customers by answering about services, equipment, customer education, new orders, activations/renewals and purchase of additional minutes.
Dennis Stoutenburgh, president of Stratus Contact Solutions stated, “We connect with our clients’ customers across multiple channels, from calls to social media, and understand how to facilitate ROI-driven customer engagements.”
The Stratus Contact Solutions comprised a tenured multichannel contact center that delivers optimum customer service via inbound and outbound contact center services. The company’s contact solutions help enhance a client’s cost structure while delivering professional, U.S.-based outsourced services.
Stratus Contact Solutions represents the evolution of customer-centric solutions in a social-business landscape, according to Mike Lewis, chairman of Stratus Contact Solutions.
Life Wireless, offering free phone service to income-eligible customers through the federal Lifeline program, is running public service announcements that provide an overview of the Lifeline program, including its rules and regulations.
