Inktel Launches New Call Center in Doral

This is the company’s 4th location for which the design has been provided by ADD Inc. It has a capacity of 200 seats which will be concentrating more on daily calls. Doral is home to numerous Fortune 500 companies, and Inktel is just another addition in this area.

Apart from opening up new call centers, the company is also bringing new executives on board. Recently, the company announced appointment of Alan Mohler as a Site Director. Mohler joins Inktel with more than 25 years of experience in customer service and contact center management.
