Avtex (News - Alert) announced the signing of a partnership deal with ComputerTalk to bring Lync unified communications (UC) and CEBP applications to contact centers. Following the development, Avtex will become a part of ComputerTalk’s Global Partner Network and will work jointly with the North American branches of ComputerTalk to provide enhanced services to Avtex’s clientele base.
