ACCENT Marketing Services, a member of the MDC Partners and provider of multi-channel customer engagement solutions, has enhanced its top executive team with three key appointments.
The company has appointed David Norton as chairman, Robert Brillhart as chief operations officer and John Hoholik as chief growth officer.
Norton joined MDC Partners in 2013 as executive vice president (EVP) of Analytics and Consumer Insights designated to work with partner firms to enhance customer experience for their clients. While assuming his new role as chairman of ACCENT Marketing, Norton will also continue at MDC Partners helping clients through the use of data and analytics.
Brillhart will focus on driving consistent processes and predictable outcomes across the company, as well as partnering with the IT team to elevate the level of insights gleaned from every customer interaction to provide actionable intelligence to clients.
Hoholik, who joined in February of 2013 with a wealth of experience as marketing lead , will be developing strategic sales, marketing and client service resources focused on driving the implementation of customer engagement initiatives for new and existing clients, ACCENT said.
The new team will help marketing and operations leaders optimize their customer’s experience by applying insight and analysis to personalize every interaction, from identification of customers, customer exploration and decision-making, through purchase to post purchase, and potential re-engagement.
Additionally the strength of the new executive team also allows ACCENT to accelerate its efforts to capitalize on the growing opportunity in multi-touch customer engagement and to evolve from a BPO player to a Customer Engagement Agency.
