MCS Mortgage Bankers Inc. recently announced that they have selected the Vantage Integrated ProductionSM (VIP) platform from Vantage Production, LLC as its customer relationship management software. MCS Mortgage Bankers is a Patchogue, New York-based mortgage lender that has 15 retail branches and plans for multistate growth.
MCS Mortgage Bankers decided to go with Vantage Production, LLC because Vantage are innovators when it comes to customer relationship management (CRM), marketing, sales and content solutions.
In a statement, Taylor Stork, MCS Mortgage Bankers executive vice president and national sales manager said “We need tools to ensure our sales force can accommodate the electronic communications needs of our prospects and clients, as well as, to optimize our messaging in sales, branding and marketing programs. We spent about three months in due diligence to find the right solution, with input from current users and our technology group,” he said. “Vantage Production's VIP platform was the clear choice.”
MCS Mortgage Bankers are currently in ten states and have plans to expand to larger markets, including California. The company is focused on always providing high customer service levels and the executive management made this decision as it realized that in order to support its continued growth, they needed to install the latest CRM technology available.
While shortlisting CRM providers, MCS Mortgage had to consider a number of factors apart from marketing and communications. The company also had to look at scalability and innovation because there are plans to expand and grow considerably in the near future.
