Jabra Releases Innovative Headset that Targets Next-generation Contact Center Professionals

Some of the other benefits of the Jabra BIZ 2300 include agent comfort due to the lightweight form factor, ergonomic design and unprecedented noise cancellation microphone which reduces unwanted background noise and is ideal in crowded open office environments.

Some of the other features of the Jabra BIZ 2300 include the fact that the headset has been optimized for speech analytics by ensuring accurate recognition of key words and phrases; it has been created to be contact center tough and comes with a 360 degree break-proof boom arm and a Kevlar-reinforced cord; it can also be mass deployed as it is fully supported by Jabra Xpress, which makes remote configuration and deployment simple and easy.
