Build Custom Apps Easily with Resco's New Product

February 13, 2014

Once upon a time, the personal computer dominated the landscape and then the spotlight slowly shifted to laptops, but now with mobility being the new buzz word, mobile devices are forcing marketers to sit up and rethink their strategies. Mobile apps are in, and are great tools for marketing communication,  and with Resco around building apps is a breeze.

Resco, a mobile software specialist, is making  it easier to build a custom app using its Mobile Apps for Dynamics CRM. Typically, building mobile apps take time and involve a lot of planning, but Resco's new product allows MS Dynamics CRM customers to get their own customer app on the market quickly and easily.

All users have to do is select the content that they want to share from Dynamics CRM, customize the app to fit the concept and company brand, and then publish and start promoting to the targeted audience. As there is no programming involved, building a mobile app using Resco's Mobile app builder, seems to be child's play.

“Starting from scratch can take a lot of time, money & effort. Why not leverage what you are already using? You can store info about your customers and for your customer in one place,”  points out Ivan Stano,  director for North America, Resco.

It's not as if there are no tools for the creation of mobile apps, but they're mostly standalone solutions that work only with Internet resources. That means many a time companies that already have a CRM have to get another tool to build apps. But companies that run on Dynamics CRM can create a consumer app that's integrated with their database.  No added work. No duplicate records. No inconsistencies.

Explaining the Resco advantage, Stano noted that “It means you don’t have to go through the trouble of developing and maintaining 2 separate databases. Which is likely to leave you with inconsistencies in your records anyway.”

Mobile apps make it easy for customers to browse through products or make orders whenever they feel like it. In fact, they are a great way to reach out to people directly, regardless of where they are. This aspect gives mobile apps the power that other communication channels don't have.

“There are no limits to what your app will be. You can design a mobile app for your customers, business partners, sports team fans, city residents, you name it,” observed  Radomir Vozar, CEO at Resco.

So, companies that run on Microsoft (News - Alert) Dynamics CRM can now easily build applications for customers  integrated with their existing solution. Jump on to the mobile app bandwagon before you miss the bus.
