Connect First Safe Wins Product of the Year Award

February 18, 2014

Connect First, a SaaS telecommunications and cloud contact center software provider, recently announced that it has won TMC’s (News - Alert) CUSTOMER 2014 Product of the Year Award for its Connect First Safe solution.

Connect First Safe gives contact centers the ability to dial cell phone numbers without worrying about TCPA compliance. The clients can have a new account created that has no "capacity" for predictive/preview dialing. This new account type uses a new outbound server architecture that does not have access to Predictive, Preview, or Power Dialing and therefore is able to safely dial cell phone numbers via an Agent Click-To-Dial request.

“Innovating on behalf of our clients is something we love to do here at Connect First,” said Dan Candee, COO. “Our goal is always to look after our clients best interests, and Connect First Safe has played a large role in accomplishing that goal, particularly in light of changing federal regulations.”

The solution features the Whitelist Manager which has the ability to store numbers as well as the date the consent is due to expire. An expiration date is not required but if it is used, on the day it expires it will no longer be used for pre-scrubbing. Features include a global whitelist, whitelist tags, manual input, file upload, quick search and advance searching capabilities.

“On behalf of both TMC and CUSTOMER magazine, it is my pleasure to honor Connect First with a 2014 Product of the Year Award,” said Rich Tehrani (News - Alert), CEO, TMC. “Connect First Safe has proven deserving of this elite status and I look forward to continued innovation from Connect First in 2014 and beyond.”

In related news, Connect First recently forged a new partnership agreement with ICSA, the International Customer Service Association. The new partnership has enabled Connect First VP of sales Darren Prine, and Connect First marketing coordinator Shelby Faris to join as board members of the ICSA. Also, Darren and Shelby will involve themselves in selecting the speakers and venues for the chapter meetings that takes place every month.
