Teleperformance Recognized by Everest Group

Teleperformance (News - Alert), a company that provides outsourced multichannel customer experience management, was recently selected as a leader in Contact Center Outsourcing (CCO) delivery capability by Everest Group, a consulting and research firm.

Last year, Teleperformance was honored with the Netherlands National Contact Center Association (NCCA) Best Partner Award for helping Google (News - Alert) enhance its services. Teleperformance assists Google's small and medium business customers by offering them AdWords advice in an effort to optimize their campaigns.
