The latest survey tool from Plum Voice, Plum Survey, has been devised in such a manner that it can fit into the business needs of any industry in any operating segment. Plum Survey puts together and studies important and significant business information. It also performs these vital functions at much lower costs as compared to conventional interactive voice response solutions. Enterprises are also relieved from the cumbersome task of having to deal with several vendors at the same time. This in turn also reduces the costs related to collecting information and tracking feedback from several vendors spread across multiple channels.
Plum Voice’s Survey solution enables users to make use of analytic tools and graphics that allow real time processing of information. The survey platform helps users differentiate between feedbacks received and hence, pinpoint any emerging trends, patterns or specific changes in consumer behavior.
According to Andrew Kuan, CEO of Plum Voice, “With Plum Survey, our clients are gaining accurate and consistent data by delivering a customized survey that is specifically tailored to meet their research needs. From gauging customer satisfaction to determining trends and behaviors, our clients obtain valuable information they need without incurring the high cost of traditional IVR survey tools.”
Plum Voice has a presence in New York, Boston and Denver. They provide a gamut of proprietary technology and professional services for enterprises of varying sizes and profess to cater to their high performance standards with its flexible, dynamic and scalable IVR systems.
