NTouchtel.com Relocates to Advanced Facility in Ashland, Virginia
February 18, 2010
N.Touchtel.com, a preferred Samsung (News - Alert) dealer providing Samsung communications systems for small- and medium-sized businesses in the Richmond, Va. area, announced that it has relocated its offices to a new facility in Ashland.
The new facility is located at 9415 Atlee Commerce Center Boulevard in Ashland, Virginia, and it measures more than 2,700 sq. ft., office and showroom.
According to company officials the new larger and technologically advanced facility can offer current and prospective customers hands-on demonstrations of the latest cost-saving and efficiency-enhancing telephony solutions that can help SMBs remain competitive and even prosper in this tough economic climate.
The new facility houses an on-site, climate-controlled warehouse and test bench where all equipment is configured, tested and run though a minimum of 72 hours “burn-in” prior to installation.
The showroom will double as a training center where dedicated support staff will help customers learn to maximize the benefits of their new system, the company said. Also on-site is a call center, powered by the new Samsung OfficeServ 7200-S system, where customer service representatives handle and follow up on service requests.
NTouchtel.com has reported increased sales in the recent months mainly because SMBs are increasingly depending on Samsung’s advanced telecom systems that reduce staffing and monthly telecom costs, increase office efficiency, and provide enhanced customer service.
The upgraded facility, the company thinks, adds a competitive advantage to its business activities.
“Now more than ever, small- and medium-sized businesses are relying on advanced, affordable technology solutions to address business and operational issues,” said David Nuckols, co-founder, NTouchtel.com, in a statement.
“Our new facility will enable prospective customers to experience firsthand exciting Samsung solutions ranging from auto attendant to OfficeServ Call, a simple-to-use and cost-effective call management application for call logging, contacts, scheduling, and digital telephone programming,” Nuckols added.
On this expansion, Samsung commented that the combination of affordable, feature-rich Samsung communications solutions backed by NTouchtel.com’s superior customer service and technical knowledge is a win-win for small- and medium-sized businesses throughout the greater Richmond area.
