Over Two Hundred Telesales Positions Available in San Diego: CallMe! Staffing

June 14, 2010
In a sign that the economy is beginning to pick up, CallMe! Staffing is seeking to fill more 200 telesales positions for an unnamed San Diego, Calif.-based B2B-focused teleservices client, with over 30 years' experience serving Fortune 500 clients.

The CallMe! customer is, due to their explosive growth, seeking experienced B2B telemarketing agents driven, sales-minded individuals who can prospect, nurture and create sales opportunities. The firm supplies a blended suite of solutions including outbound and inbound calling, e-mail, sales and customer care interaction.

Ideal candidates, says CallMe!, "should have an outgoing personality, great phone presence and a track record of sales in a B2B call center environment." The position, in turn, offers $9/hour -$12/hour in wages depending on experience, plus a performance-based bonus along with paid training.

"CallMe! is eager to fill these call center telesales positions on behalf of our client," says CallMe! Chief Executive Officer Chris Bracken. "This magnitude of hiring is exciting given the current economic climate and provides a unique opportunity for the San Diego job market."

CallMe! has also been looking to fill an opening(s) in B2B outbound telesales including lead generation for a client in Bethlehem. Pa. The position offers $11/hour-13/hours wages plus a bonus plan along with paid training and access to CallMe! benefits with no wait period. Applicants must be driven, high energy and motivated.

In turn CallMe! is also seeking highly qualified applicants to fill an internal B2B sales consultant position. The firm, which is based in Atlanta, Ga., says experience in staffing is not required. Much more importantly, it is seeking "competitive, outgoing, and aggressive people who are looking for a great place to launch their business career."

The winning professional will leverage the company's experienced executive team, extensive network and other tools and resources to identify leads, qualify and sell its unique services. They will create leads, qualify prospects and sign and close deals, obtained by networking diligently, creating business relationships, through multiple efforts including cold calling, conference attendance, networking (lead) groups, agents, and other appropriate methods.

The individuals that will succeed for CallMe! will be competitive by nature,  either having excelled in sports, leadership or some types of entrepreneurial endeavors with the ability to work a demanding, primarily self-directed, work schedule. They must have excellent verbal and strong listening communication skills, demonstrated ability to set and achieve (if not exceed) one's goals, be persuasive, tactful, and professional, confident and extroverted. A college degree is desired.

The rewards are substantial: a highly competitive base salary with an aggressive commission plan that can enable one to earn up to $80,000 in their first year between base and commission. There is also a comprehensive benefits program and cell phone allowance.

Equally if not more importantly CallMe! Staffing offers room to grow. The company is targeted exclusively on the unique needs of contact centers: high pressure, high churn and compact working environments to fill revenue-generating positions. It leverages its expertise staffing and running large and successful teleservices companies to efficiently provide motivated and qualified call center managers and agents.

CallMe! has developed a proprietary screening system that it says decreases the number of live interviews. By recruiting, screening and training agents who match its 'Best-Practices' study of clients, it decreases the costs associated with mistakes in the hiring process by making the replacement of underperforming agents more efficient.

The ROI for getting the right people in place via offerings such as from CallMe! is substantial. The firm points to industry research that puts the average yearly cost associated with attrition for a 100 agent contact center at $240,000.

"By recruiting, screening, training and deploying qualified and motivated call center managers and agents, CallMe! puts people to work, increases call center efficiency, and decreases the associated costs," says the firm's Mission Statement.
