Marchex Unveils Call Mining Solution

Marchex has unveiled the Call Mining solution which helps advertisers analyze and discover new ways to optimize their cross-channel marketing spend.

Call Mining allows the advertisers to decide on-the-phone conversion rates and caller intent. It also allows them to identify the channels, ads and keywords that drive the highest on-the-call conversion and return on investment. Along with that, the customers can map call outcomes to parameters such as geographic location and gender, apart from understanding the effectiveness of call-based marketing campaigns.
