Global2 Optimization Solutions Expected to Optimize Collections at Call Centers
Global Connect and Global LiquidEdge Solutions have merged their fields of expertise and entered into a Joint Marketing Agreement, simultaneously announcing the launch of the Global2 family of call optimization solutions.
As a result, Global2 call optimization will leverage Connect's hosted dialing and communication services and LiquidEdge's call-sloping strategies to deliver improved liquidation and lower overall call expenses.
Using Global2, clients are now in a position to target call campaigns, identify the increased-frequency paying accounts and also improve connect and right party rates using Connect's best time-to-call strategies. The company claims that the agreement will improve liquidation up to 80 percent, enable quicker recoveries and ensure a 40 percent increase in payers.
